Patrick graduated in “Theology & Religious Studies” from St Catharine’s College, Cambridge in 1993. He served as a teacher in comprehensive schools before “temping” for Hunters as an unskilled machine operative. Noting his hard work and flexibility, Hunters accepted his application to train as a Consultant in 2008. In spite of the adverse commercial climate of the time Patrick powered to success, and the following year he became the owner of Hunters. He was shortlisted for “Business Personality” in the 2016 Adur & Worthing Business Awards.

Anna is the “heart” of Hunters, and her role in the business allows her to showcase her superb management skills honed when previously working as a distributer for the Evening Argus. Anna led her team to a Highly Recommended for “Customer Service” at the 2014 Adur and Worthing Business Awards, and winners of “Team of the Year” in the 2016 Awards. Anna was her school tennis champion.
Michelle John is Sussex born and bred, having grown up in Cuckfield. Her cousin is a current England international footballer! She combines being a full time mother with serving as Recruitment Manager with Hunters.
Michelle started her career in insurance sales before joining the recruitment industry. She now has 17 years’ recruiting experience, including two stints with Hunters.
Michelle is extensively travelled, and she has even recruited in Australia. Her philosophy on recruitment is: be passionate, tenacious, embrace variety and never give up.
Natalia Morelli brings a global and cultural dimension to Hunters and a genuine interest people. Natalia Morelli has Uruguayan, Argentinean, Spanish and Italian ancestry. She did voluntary work in the Amazon and was a teacher with the Yanomamii tribe in Venezuela, and worked with NGO’s.
Natalia became a sociologist in Spain for thirteen years before moving to Brighton for a Masters in Cognitive Science. She is now our Office Manager, handling everything from accounts to administrative support.
Martina Mieszala was raised in Poland where she became a ranked national Apline Skier as a teenager. She moved to Scotland in 2006 when she won a scholarship as part of a social science degree. She completed the CIPD qualification in HR before moving to Brighton in 2016.
Martina runs a busy Temps Desk at Hunters. She has learned the art of juggling multiple tasks at the same time! She is also a committed member of Pavilion BNI
Ella Bewley is memorable for her fun-loving and hyperactive approach to life. She moved to Brighton to study Uniformed Public Service with a view to joining the Army as a Combat Medic.
This dream remains unfulfilled, but instead Ella joined Reed as an Intern before progressing to Senior Recruitment Co-ordinator supplying a well-known bank with their staffing requirements. She won the two biggest awards from Reed out of over 100 employees. She has traveled the world and is now enjoying her work with Hunters.
Her motto is, “All things are possible for those who believe.”
Glenn has a strong background sales and the sports industry. He is currently working within our busy temporary division dealing with different sectors from our office and administrative positions to our catering opportunities.
Having worked in Toronto for the National Squash Academy and as a Director of Camps for Human Moves Inc., Glenn found a passion for recruitment while recruiting and managing his staff in Canada. Glenn has previously had experience within architecture contract recruitment in London and looks to enhance his experience and knowledge during an exciting time at Hunters.
Glenn is keen to work with enthusiastic and reliable candidates who are looking for a fresh challenge in their careers, whether it be a temporary assignment or a temp to perm full time booking.
Alfie is a boxer who has worked at Hunters since 2008 when he was a mere pup. As he has matured he has progressed from over-excitable, attention-seeking comedian to a relaxed and cultured receptionist. He is particularly fond of the Temps who lavish him with affection.
Lizette Anne Marie Lloyd
After spending a year teaching English as a foreign language in Japan, Lizette Lloyd returned to the UK and worked as a free-lance photographer for several years. Face to face interaction and having an impact on someone’s life is something Lizette enjoys very much so when the opportunity of a recruitment Resourcer came along, Lizette snapped it up in seconds. Lizette’s life motto is: “Do something every day that you will thank yourself for tomorrow.”
Tino started his recruitment career in January 2017 following a decade working for EDF across a number of departments. He was drawn to recruitment as he has a passion for helping people. His enthusiastic personality is popular with clients and candidates alike.
In his spare time Tino enjoys golf and travel. He is not one to blow his own trumpet but Tino played international rugby for Zimbabwe when he was a young teenager.
His mantra is: “When you are going through hell, keep going!”
