    Aviation Administrator – Support Contracts


    37.5 hour week, Monday – Friday between the hours of 7am and 7pm, shift patterns.


    Hassocks, Brighton


    Full driving licence and own transport is essential.


    Salary = up to £18000 + bonus + healthcare, plus opportunity to progress in an aviation office career.  This vacancy would suit an ambitious person thirsting for a career.


    Hunters’ client is a prestigious aircraft support company enjoy phenomenal growth.  Working as part of a team, the Support Contracts Administrator role is to provide full administrative support to the Support Contracts department responsible for all customer contracts.  You will be ensuring on time delivery of aircraft component requests and you will develop good relationships with suppliers and customers in order to maximise revenues without compromising customer service.



    Preferably previous working experience in an administrative role.

    Professional and courteous telephone manner.

    Numerate, accurate with the ability to meet deadlines.

    Analytical thinking and reporting skills.

    Ability to use initiative, common sense and resolve problems.

    Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable to work in a busy environment.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels.

    Strong organisation and administration skills.

    Ability to prioritise and manage workloads.

    Good computer skills, highly proficient in the use of Word, Excel and Outlook.

    Ability to work a flexible working week of 37.5 hours consisting of day shifts.




    Assist with the Support Contracts department administration.

    Assist Support Contracts Executives with customer AOG/priority requirements ensuring quick response times.

    Source aircraft spare parts in accordance with customer’s requirements.

    Deliver high quality customer service.

    Process and update data and produce required performance monitoring reports. Process quotes and sales orders.
