    Hunters’ client is la well-respected fmcg business with a reputation for developing staff.  Our client requires an outgoing and personable Customer Service professional to join their busy office team. The Customer Service Administrator is responsible for providing support to all our client’s customers, mostly over the phone, ensuring that service excellence is provided at all times. All inbound calls and emails, including actions, must be recorded on the customer account and all paperwork must be completed in a timely and accurate manner. Good Administration & organisational skills are a must.  You will be working as part of a motivated team.


    Personal Qualities


    • Experience in Customer Service within an office environment
    • A good level of knowledge of IT systems, including Excel & Word
    • High level of telephone & negotiation skills
    • Good Administration skills
    • Time management skills



    Job Description


    • Answer all inbound calls within 3 rings
    • Investigate queries & provide resolution
    • Timely escalation of queries to Customer Service Team Leader/Manager
    • Accurate loading of catch up’s on the system
    • Delivery Queries & driver routes notes including fruit queries
    • Upgrades/relocations/breakdowns
    • Package upgrades
