The Operations Administrator will work with the Operations management team located within an enormous Warehourse/Store to assist with routine and ad-hoc administration tasks. The Operations Administrator will assist with Operations projects within the department to ensure they are completed to a high standard.
Assist with weekly department performance reports, KPIs and other reporting required by the department.
Assist with Operations’ supplies monitoring and stock checks.
Assist with Operations’ order chasing and receiving.
Assist with stock record updating and checking.
Assist with new supplies evaluation and investigation.
Assist with data entry projects.
Assist with creating and evaluating training material.
Liaise effectively with freight and courier companies on all shipments as required.
Background and previous working experience in an administration role is essential.
Ability to recognise and solve problems.
Strong administration, organisation and time management skills.
Ability to prioritise and manage workloads.
Numerate and methodical.
Accurate with exceptional attention to detail.
Self-motivated with a common sense approach and the ability to use own initiative.
Ability to multi task, work to deadlines and succeed in a busy environment.
Excellent communication skills at all levels, verbal and written.
Ability to undertake physical tasks within Health and Safety guidelines.
Excellent computer literacy, highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and extensive knowledge of Quantum.
