A New Homes Manager focused on shared ownership is required for Hunters’ multi-award-winning property client.
FT 5 days per week, Monday to Friday (Occasional weekends for events/open days), 08.30 – 17:30
New Homes Manager – job
• Dealing with initial enquiries from customers, processing applications and helping them on to the property ladder
• Accompanying viewings and open day events at varying new homes sites across the two counties
• Conducting handovers to customers on move in days
• Conducting property valuations
• Focused to lead and manage the performance of the team
• Building and maintaining relationships with local Housing Associations
New Homes Manager – person
• Full driving license
• Knowledge of the Shared Ownership process would be beneficial
• Previous experience within Estate Agency
• Competent with all Microsoft packages, specifically Excel
