£30,000 plus bonus

An orders and provisioning executive is required for Hunters’ client, a rapidly expanding, multi award winning technology company, best known for telecoms and other IT products.
Full-time, permanent 9-5pm Monday to Friday
Orders and Provisioning Executive – job
• Process orders, provision new cloud services, deliver monthly bill run and also analyse new and exciting billing offers
• Provisioning of various products including number ports, iPECS orders, 3rd party orders and broadband and mobile phone orders in a timely and accurate manner using standard processes and systems
• Managing moves or changes from existing of new customers
• Managing incoming calls and written correspondence from customers and suppliers
Orders and Provisioning Executive – person
• Experience within a similar customer service/support role. Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills
• Management or team leader experience
• Telecoms industry experience preferred
• A natural problem solver, with great analytical and numerical skills
