• Install, configure, and maintain VoIP phone systems, including TelcoSwitch solutions
• Conduct site surveys and assess infrastructure requirements for new installations
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues related to telecom systems
• Integrate phone systems with existing IT and network infrastructure
Telecoms Engineer – person
• Proven experience in installing and configuring VoIP phone systems (TelcoSwitch preferred)
• Knowledge of PBX, SIP trunking, and cloud-based phone systems
• Familiarity with networking concepts, including routers, switches, firewalls, and QoS
• Understanding of telephony protocols (SIP, RTP, H.323) and troubleshooting tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and network topologies.
