Site Team Leader – Security & Clearance
Wednesbury (Covering Birmingham) | (£35K–£40K) | Mon–Fri | 48hrs/week + Paid Travel
Hunters’ client is looking for a hands-on Site Team Leader to lead a small team installing steel security screens and clearing vacant or hazardous properties. If you’ve worked in a similar field, we’d love to hear from you.
Site Team Leader – Security & Clearance The Job:
- Lead a team of two on-site jobs across Birmingham and beyond
- Install security screens, doors, alarms, and CCTV
- Clear waste, graffiti, and sometimes more sensitive hazards
- Ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction on every job
- Paid travel time, overtime available, and variety guaranteed
Site Team Leader – Security & Clearance What You’ll Need:
- CSCS card & full UK driving licence
- Previous site or clearance/security experience
- Comfortable with physical, sometimes gritty work
- Ideally SSSTS or NVQ3+, plus any of: NPORS, PASMA, CPCS
