Hunters Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a well-established and values-driven business in the site safety and security sector. We’re looking for a proactive Account Manager to join their friendly and ambitious commercial team.

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for a portfolio of long-standing B2B clients. Your role will focus on strengthening client relationships, identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts, and ensuring that every interaction is efficient, professional, and adds value.
You’ll also play an important role in supporting the wider sales and operations teams with tenders, contract admin, and campaign activity.
Account Manager – the job
- Managing inbound sales enquiries by phone and email
- Advising clients on the most suitable products and services
- Building and nurturing long-term customer relationships
- Managing your own sales pipeline and diary
- Supporting with tenders, contract submissions, and client documentation
- Assisting with marketing activity such as clearance stock and seasonal campaigns
- Keeping CRM records up to date (Syrinx experience a plus!)
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey from quote to delivery
Account Manager -about You
- Previous experience in B2B account management or sales
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach
- A customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
- CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
- A collaborative team player who’s also comfortable working independently
Account ManagerBonus points for:
- Knowledge of construction, facilities, or safety solutions
- Experience with tenders, contracts, and negotiation processes
- Familiarity with water-filled barriers, hoarding, or related products
Account Manager – The Package
- £28,000 – £30,000 base salary
- Realistic OTE of £40,000
- 23 days holiday (+1 day for every year of service, up to 5 years)
