A meticulous Accounts Administrator is required to join the finance team with Hunters’ manufacturing client.


The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the credit control process, ensuring timely payment of outstanding invoices, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.


Perm FT Mon-Fri 8-5 with a lunchtime finish every Friday!


Accounts Administrator – job

  • Credit control, chasing overdue invoices by telephone, email, and letter
  • Analyse accounts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Process payments and allocate funds to customer accounts
  • Utilise accounting software for data entry and reporting


Accounts Administrator – person

  • Experience in financial services or credit control
  • Proficiency in analysing financial data using MS excel
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
