Administrator – HR – 30 hours


£21,250pa based on 30 hours per week (flexible between Monday – Friday 8am-5pm)

A part time HR and Facilities Administrator is required for Hunters’ charity client.

Administrator – HR – 30 hours – the job

  • Maintaining and administering effective central systems and processes to support HR management, the running of the office and all aspects of facilities management including health and safety processes
  • Responsible for the internal payroll function of the organisation, preparing data and liaising with the payroll provider and dealing with employee issues arising

Administrator – HR – 30 hours – the person

  • Busy administration experience, including HR administration
  • A reason for preferring reduced working hours rather than full time in the long term
  • Excellent face-to-face, telephone and written communication skills using plain English
  • Knowledge of HR, employment law and statutory allowances and requirements
