An End-of-Tenancy Administrator is required for Hunter’s proactive, supportive and forward-thinking Estate & Lettings Agency, suiting a person with property industry experience.
Full time permanent – 40 hours. Monday to Friday 9:00am till 6:00pm

Administrator – property tenancy – job

• Responsible for carrying out detailed and accurate checkouts, maintaining a high standard of service.
• Oversee and manage the checkout and deposit return processes, ensuring they are conducted in strict accordance with company policies and procedures, maintaining professional standards at all times.
• Manage general office administrative tasks, including, but not limited to:
• Coordinating and scheduling checkouts
• Administering end-of-tenancy bookings on checkout portals.
• Organising and managing property keys as necessary.

• Prior experience within property management and administration is essential.
• Positive and proactive attitude, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
