Administrator (Temp to perm)
£10 – £12ph
Monday to Friday, 08.30am – 4.30pm
- Are you looking to work within a very well-known, stable establishment in central Brighton?
- Have a proven ability as a strong administrator?
This role is an office based position with Hunters’ large education client.
- Responding promptly to request made via calls and online enquires
- Ensure all responses are dealt with politely, efficiently, and professionally
- To act as a point of contact to the wider team
- Assist the teams with the completion of purchase orders
- Provide administrative support in meetings, prepare minutes and notes from the meetings
- Processing of invoices
Skills & Experience:
- A proven background within an administration role
- Excellent communication skills
- Quick learner who adapts to new systems well
- Available to start ASAP
