Administrator (Temp to perm)

Brighton

£10 – £12ph

Monday to Friday, 08.30am – 4.30pm

  • Have a proven ability as a strong administrator?

This role is an office based position with Hunters’ large education client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding promptly to request made via calls and online enquires
  • Ensure all responses are dealt with politely, efficiently, and professionally
  • To act as a point of contact to the wider team
  • Assist the teams with the completion of purchase orders
  • Provide administrative support in meetings, prepare minutes and notes from the meetings
  • Processing of invoices

Skills & Experience:

  • A proven background within an administration role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Quick learner who adapts to new systems well
  • Available to start ASAP
