Remote | UK-Wide Travel (Client Sites 3 Days per Week)
£60,000 – £80,000 + 10% Bonus + Share Options

Hunters’ client is growing through acquisition and is looking for a Business Integration Manager to lead the successful integration of newly acquired businesses across the UK.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with leadership teams to improve operations, implement best practices, and embed new systems and processes. Business Integration Manager The Role
* Lead the integration of newly acquired businesses across the UK.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and operational performance.
* Implement best practices and drive operational consistency.
* Support and engage teams through periods of change.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Resolve operational challenges and remove barriers to success.
* Partner with senior leaders to deliver integration projects from planning through to completion.
* Continuously improve the integration approach as the business continues to grow.
Business Integration Manager About You
* Experience in business integration, operational transformation, business improvement, or change management.
* A proven track record of delivering operational and process improvements.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Commercially minded with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
* Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Happy to travel extensively across the UK, spending approximately three days per week on client sites.
