Full time, every other weekend.  Finish no later than 7pm


A production chef/chef de partie is required for Hunters’ prestigious client, with premises set in great natural beauty.


(Please note public transport is unsuitable, so you should have a bike or car)


Chef De Partie – job


  • Prepare high volume, high standard meals
  • Assist the exec chef/sous chef with budgetary/menus
  • Ensure that meals are prepared and presented and ready for service at the set times
  • Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness
  • Assist with outside events/parties


Chef De Partie – person


  • Must have previous experience in event/contract or hotel catering
  • Not reliant on public transport
  • Flexible in working a 2-week shift patten, early starts around 6am, finishes 7pm (8hr shift)
