A Commercial Property Manager is required for Hunters’ client, an independent property investment and development company.
Monday-Friday 9.00am to 5:30pm
Commercial Property Manager – job
• Dealing with day-to-day management and maintenance of commercial and residential properties
• Organise building surveys and quotes for necessary maintenance and repairs
• Deal promptly and courteously with communications from leaseholders and tenants, handling complaints and emergency situations
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with leaseholders and tenants
• Liaise with the residential property managers regarding reported maintenance
• Ensure buildings are compliant with any necessary Health & Safety regulatory compliance

• Block and Commercial property management experience
• Can initiate and manage numerous projects simultaneously
• Have a good knowledge of Property and Letting law
