A Commercial Building Surveyor is required for Hunters’ independent, successful and long-established Commercial Estate Agency. The surveyor carries out valuations for commercial properties.
Mon-Fri 9-5.30, 1 hour lunch
Commercial Surveyor – the job
- Undertaking commercial property valuations
- Undertaking rent review and lease renewal reports and negotiations for clients
- Management portfolio of about 100 properties which are only commercial.
- Valuations for pension funds (No bank valuations), accounts valuations and some management work.
- Organising resurfacing of drives, sorting out plumbing issues, electricity issues, reading of meters, queries over tenants’ leases and obligations, repairs, stolen leadwork off clients’ buildings and the like
