Credit Control Administrator – job
• Manage payment reconciliations, direct debits, and unpaid/cancelled payments.
• Monitor credit terms, aged debt, and agreements to pay.
• Liaise with customers, finance, and technical teams to resolve account issues.
• Handle customer tracing, disconnection/reconnection requests, and CRM queues.
• Support continuous improvement and contribute to team goals.
Credit Control Administrator – fit
• B2B utilities and collections experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the UK electricity industry is a plus.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office with good numeracy skills.
• Self-organised and able to manage tasks independently and within a team.
