Customer Advisor

£26,000 plus monthly bonus
An office-based Customer Advisor is required for Hunters’ prestigious client, with interviews in August for a start in early September. The Customer Advisor works in a professional, busy and rewarding team-based environment and will need to be at ease speaking to customers to discuss options that help them address their financial situation.
Perm FT, 40 hour week: Monday-Friday, early and late shifts between 8am – 8pm; 1 in 3 Saturdays: 9am – 1pm

- Talking to lots of customers on inbound and outbound calls, using a dialler system and providing exceptional customer service
- Negotiating payments with customers in a quality controlled environment to deliver targets focused on good outcomes for the customer and our business
