Full Time Monday to Friday, 9-5.30


Customer Service Administrator – the job


  • Responding to customer queries via email and telephone (mainly email)
  • Order processing and data inputting
  • Account management – ownership of queries from start to finish
  • Customer relations
  • Preparing quotes
  • Liaising with internal and external 3rd parties


Customer Service Administrator – the fit


  • Office experience in admin and customer service
  • Experience using in-house or computer based CRM systems
  • Great attention to detail and confident working to deadlines
  • Passion for customer service
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Excellent communicator both written and verbal
