A Customer Service Administrator to create and maintain up-to-date customer sales orders is required for Hunters’ established electronics manufacturing client. The Customer Service Administrator issues information to customers and responds to customer enquiries for updated information or to resolve delivery queries and customer returns.
Customer Service Administrator – job
- Load customer orders onto the IQ system
- Allocate stock as appropriate to order requirements
- Create credit notes and replacement orders as necessary to administer customer returns
Customer Service Administrator – person
- Inter-personal skills that promote constructive relationships with customers, especially when there are difficulties
- Can create and manipulate documents and spreadsheets – a whizz on Excel
- Relevant order processing/ customer service experience
Customer Service Administrator – extra
- Quarterly profit share
- 20 days holiday, rising 1 day for every year service, max 30 days + BH
- 30 – 5, 4pm finish on Fridays
