A Customer Service Manager (energy) is required for Hunters’ fast-growing energy specialist client to ensure that the team are supported and able to perform their duties efficiently
Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

• Addressing customer issues and ensuring that the service provided by staff meets standards
• Supporting the HR team with the onboarding and offboarding processes
• Coordinating and scheduling training and performance evaluations
• Supporting both office and field teams
Customer Service Manager – energy – person
• Previous experience as a Customer Service Leader; renewable energy sector is strongly preferred
• Conflict resolution skills
