Customer Service & Sales Executive – The Role
- Convert sales opportunities through excellent service and negotiation skills
- Manage inbound enquiries via phone, email, social media, and live chat
- Schedule appointments for Field Specialists and manage diaries effectively
- Follow up post-survey opportunities to maximise conversions
- Act as the main point of contact for customers following installation
- Manage and resolve customer queries, concerns, and issues professionally
- Coordinate service visits, adjustments, and follow-up appointments
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve technical or product-related queries
Customer Service & Sales Executive – About You
- Proven experience in customer service and/or sales
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer cases
- Confident working independently and taking initiative
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools
- Experience in a B2C or B2B sales environment
- Familiarity with scheduling or service management systems
Customer Service & Sales Executive – Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £25,000 – £32,000 (DOE)

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (1-hour lunch)
- One late shift per week (9:30am – 6:00pm)
- One Saturday per month (9:00am – 3:00pm)
- Paid (£150) or Time Off in Lieu (TOIL)
- Rota-based
