Full Time 37.5 hours, (1 in 6 Sat or Sunday shifts with day back in lieu, free breakfast and lunch, fabulous modern offices, share option, 23 days holiday plus regular salary reviews and promotion opportunities)

The Customer Support – Graduate – the job

  • The Customer Support role is likely to change over time and we’ll evolve and change as the software and systems used evolve and change
  • Talking to customers over the phone or via email, engaging with industry stakeholders and highlighting inefficiencies all form part of the day to day role
  • Working in Operations, you’ll be at the core of the business – working with customers. Taking full responsibility for all issues that you come across, you’ll be delivering end to end customer service
  • Every day, the Customer Support team come across problems not seen before, and those in Operations are tasked with bringing about solutions while keeping up with rapid-fire change as they grow.
