An evening administrator to look after lettings is required for Hunters’ client, an education establishment, to coordinate the lettings/bookings after school hours.

Monday to Friday, 52 week per year, with some weekend hours across the year. 5pm-10pm

Facilities Lettings Administrator – evenings – the job

  • Ensuring smooth operations, providing excellent customer service to both booking clients and guests utilising the facilities
  • Maintain an organised booking system, ensuring accurate scheduling and allocation of resources
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients interested in renting facilities

Facilities Lettings Administrator – evenings – the fit

  • Equally comfortable in both an office environment and outside in all weathers welcoming clients and guests
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or facility management
  • Ability to undertake physically demanding work Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills, effective communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach
