A hotel/hospitality Food and Beverage Manager with exceptional leadership skills is  required for Hunters’ prestigious hotel client.  Reporting to the GM,  the Food & Beverage Manager looks after the restuarant, bar and events.

Perm – FT 40 hours, 8 hour shifts (typically 8-3; 2.30 – 10.30)

Food & Beverage Manager – job

  • Work with management to assess and improve procedures and policies
  • Monitor, control and report on revenue, stock and payroll for their department
  • Recruitment and training team members
  • Compiling rotas for department
  • Deliver excellent service to our guests and create memorable experiences for them
  • Schedule regular stock ordering, maintenance and cleaning of facilities in department

Food & Beverage Manager – person

  • Relevant hotel/hospitality experience
  • Exceptional leadership skills are required so the day to day operation of the hotel runs like clockwork
  • Versatility, creativity and drive, greats stuck in and thrives on the fast-paced nature of hospitality and running a busy hotel
