Hunters’ client, a highly innovative precision engineering manufacturer, is seeking a graduate-level Production Engineer to join their growing technical team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Engineering graduate or junior engineer looking to develop a career within advanced manufacturing, production engineering, and new product introduction (NPI).
Graduate Production Engineer – The Role
- Support manufacturing processes, production workflows, and New Product Introduction (NPI) activities
- Assist with CAD drawings, Bills of Materials (BOMs), routes, and technical documentation
- Help identify production issues and support root cause analysis and process improvements
- Work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to improve efficiency and quality
- Contribute to continuous improvement, cost reduction, and manufacturing optimisation projects
Graduate Production Engineer – What We’re Looking For
- Degree or HNC in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, or similar Engineering discipline
- CAD experience (SolidWorks or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Hands-on mindset with a genuine interest in engineering and manufacturing
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team
