£45,000 – £50,000

A Head of Marketing is required for Hunters’ client, a prestigious education establishment.

FT – 40 hours per week from 08.30–17.30, Monday to Friday, over 52 weeks a year, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break.

Head of Marketing – the job

  • Manage the marketing and communications strategy across all settings
  • Assist in the delivery of the external relations and communications strategy across the whole school and wider community
  • To ensure the reputation is raised amongst all stakeholder groups through effective communications and media activity
  • Work with the Director of Admissions and Admissions Office to present the school professionally and efficiently to new parents
  • Establish, measure and report progress against key performance indicators


Head of Marketing – the fit

  • Educated to degree level in a relevant degree
  • Previous experience of working within a demanding and ‘five-star’ customer service environment
  • Branding and creative experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to lead and develop a collaborative, supportive and high-achieving team
