An HR/Recruitment Administrator on a FTC is required for Hunters’ client, a prestigious education establishment.


FT – FTC 12 months (maternity) e 37½ hours per week from 08.30–17.00, Monday to Friday, over 52 weeks a year, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break.

HR and Recruitment Administrator – the job

  • Partner with recruiting line managers to discuss their recruitment needs and
    advise on the best method of recruitment and selection process
  • Co-ordinate activities related to recruitment, including drafting of adverts and
    job descriptions, liaising with Marketing & Comms colleagues to ensure adverts
    are published on all relevant platforms, collating and sending application packs
    to the recruiting line managers, arranging interviews and participate in interview
    panels as required
  • Respond to recruitment queries via the HR inbox
  • Identify and attend local careers events

HR and Recruitment Administrator – the fit

  • CIPD Level 3 or 5 or willing to work towards this with support
  • Experience of working in a similar role with medium volume recruitment
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Strong organisation, administration, telephone and interpersonal communication skills and ability to deal with people at all levels
