A Legal Practice Manager is required for Hunters’ established law firm client with an impeccable reputation.  The post of Legal Practice Manager is available due to retirement. The Legal Practice Manager is supported by two part-time senior accounts staff.

Legal Practice Manager – the job

  • Handle law firm financial matters in including payroll and budgetary control
  • Take on the role of COFA and liaise with all third party contractors.
  • Oversee the case management system and all equipment and subsequent upgrades.
  • Manage projects
  • Handle HR matters

Legal Practice Manager – the person

  • Proven experience of working within a law firm in the capacity of a Practice Manager
  • Some HR and business development skills would be helpful
  • Proven experience ensuring fee earner compliance with the accounts rules and that all time recording and billing targets are met
