Hunters’ client, a progressive and highly regarded law firm, is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary / Assistant to join their Property Department, which covers both Residential Conveyancing and Commercial Property. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive, friendly, and client-focused team.

Legal Secretary / Assistant – Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to fee earners across all property matters
  • Prepare and manage documents, correspondence, and electronic filings
  • Maintain accurate and compliant client files in line with internal procedures and standards
  • Communicate professionally with clients, colleagues, and third parties
  • Assist with general office and departmental tasks to ensure smooth operations

Legal Secretary / Assistant – About You:

  • Previous experience in a Property Department (Residential and Commercial)
  • Strong secretarial, administrative, and IT skills
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Accurate, efficient, and attentive to detail, even under pressure
