Hunters’ client, a progressive and highly regarded law firm, is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary / Assistant to join their Property Department, which covers both Residential Conveyancing and Commercial Property. Legal Secretary / Assistant – Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to fee earners across all property matters
- Prepare and manage documents, correspondence, and electronic filings
- Maintain accurate and compliant client files in line with internal procedures and standards
- Communicate professionally with clients, colleagues, and third parties
- Assist with general office and departmental tasks to ensure smooth operations
Legal Secretary / Assistant – About You:
- Previous experience in a Property Department (Residential and Commercial)
- Strong secretarial, administrative, and IT skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Accurate, efficient, and attentive to detail, even under pressure
