A Lettings Agent is required for Hunters’ client, an established lettings agency committed to delivering excellence and professionalism in the property sector. The roles of Lettings Agent will suit an experienced sales professional with excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in property, though this is preferred rather than essential. A driven, results-oriented mindset and the ability to build strong relationships with landlords and tenants are key to success in this role.

- Manage and oversee the letting process from start to finish.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities and build a strong client base.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiations.
- Handle inquiries and guide clients through the rental process.
- Ensure compliance with relevant property legislation and industry regulations.
Lettings Agent – extra
- Annual Loyalty Bonus: £1,000
