Parking permit (if using your own vehicle) for Brighton and Hove, individual quarterly and annual bonuses, uncapped commission, pension, trips aboard, social events.

Perm – FT – Mon-Fri 9am – 5.30pm, one evening calling session until 7pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 10am – 4pm

 

Lettings Business Development Manager – job

  • Responsible for growing the business through winning new instructions, ensuring the existing portfolio is let, growing a network and ensuring the team maximise the overall income and profitability of the business
  • Managing a team of Business Development Consultants, installing positivity and direction, maximising efficiencies, overseeing marketing strategies and installing a culture of hitting and exceeding targets
  • Oversee the lettings team, managing a team of viewing agents and negotiators; implementing strategies to ensure our landlords are maximising their return and properties are let in advance; securing the future of their investments
  • Implementing and monitoring KPIs through regular team meetings, strategy meetings, one on one time for coaching and development and formal monthly 121s
  • Conducting market appraisals and property valuations
