Hunters’ esteemed client is seeking an experienced Lettings Property Manager to join their respected, long-established team. You’ll manage a portfolio of around 120 residential properties across West Sussex, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants. The role blends hands-on property management with client relationships and local business development—ideal for someone who enjoys both operational and strategic elements.
Lettings Property Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Manage maintenance issues and keep landlords/tenants fully updated
- Arrange mid-term inspections and follow up on any actions required
- Maintain compliance across the portfolio—certificates, safety checks and legislation
- Register deposits, manage check-outs and handle deposit disputes professionally
- Coordinate end-of-tenancy works to ensure quick turnarounds
Lettings Property Manager About You:
- Experience in residential lettings or property management
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised, calm under pressure and confident managing a varied workload
- ARLA qualification desirable
- Full UK driving licence required
