A Licensing HMO Senior Administrator to support the other members of the HMO Team is required for Hunter’s proactive, supportive and forward-thinking Estate & Lettings Agency.

- Confidently able to apply for property HMO licenses on behalf of Landlords, as well as develop and maintain good working relationships and dialogue with local Councils
- Develop and maintain an excellent level of Property Management technical expertise
- Develop good working relationships and dialogue with local Councils
Licensing HMO Senior Administrator – fit
- Driving License
- Ideally has a clear understanding of the HMO Property Management process and requirements
- Property Management or relevant experience within the council
