Hunters Recruitment is seeking a proactive and methodical New Homes Consultant to join a well-established and award-winning property team based in the heart of Lewes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in Residential Sales, New Homes, or Property Management who’s ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll work closely with senior colleagues on exciting developments across Sussex, supporting everything from marketing and branding to viewings, sales progression and handovers.
FT Perm: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm + one Saturday every 5 weeks (9:00am–4:00pm) – with a half day off the following week
New Homes Consultant – job
- Assist in valuing developments and conducting market research
- Support with marketing materials, signage and branding
- Conduct viewings, manage offers and sales progression
- Visit sites, liaise with buyers, and handle property handovers
New Homes Consultant – person
- Experience in Estate Agency, Property, or New Homes
- Strong Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Motivated, well-organised and client-focused
