An office manager, adept at multi-tasking in a busy environment, is required for Hunters’ trade service client, and it will suit somebody who can adapt well to a variety of jobs.

 

Perm – 35 hours, Monday to Friday, 8.30 – 4.30

 

Office Manager – the job

 

  • Raising invoices. Create contracts
  • Running installations diary
  • Running installer teams
  • Overseeing jobs from point of sale through to aftercare and issuing of guarantees
  • Fleet management
  • Ordering stock. Purchasing of bespoke trade goods
  • HR (mainly regarding staff holidays and attendance)
  • Bank reconciliation. Assisting external accountants with spreadsheets and reports.

Office Manager – the person

  • Previous office administration experience
  • Good attention to detail, organisation to be able to multitask and prioritise workload.
  • Speedy computer skills are essential
