An Office Manager is required for Hunters’ successful client.  The office manager suits a highly organised person who thrives in a fast-paced working environment, and ideally with knowledge of and passion for the glazing industry.

Working Hours – 8.00 am – 4.00 pm Monday – Friday

Office Manager – job

  • Answering phones
  • Responding to emails
  • Planning and booking in jobs
  • Creating and sending quotations and contracts etc in MS Word
  • Pricing up and pre-estimating job requests
  • Creating invoices and receipts.
  • Chasing payments when necessary

Office Manager – job

  • Very good attention to detail and a methodical mind, and be able to work independently and on own initiative
  • Sales office and sales admin experience; experience within the architect/building industry is welcomed
  • Good written and spoken English and have a conscientious and reliable personality
