An Office Manager is required for Hunters’ successful client. The office manager suits a highly organised person who thrives in a fast-paced working environment, and ideally with knowledge of and passion for the glazing industry.
Working Hours – 8.00 am – 4.00 pm Monday – Friday

- Responding to emails
- Planning and booking in jobs
- Creating and sending quotations and contracts etc in MS Word
- Pricing up and pre-estimating job requests
- Creating invoices and receipts.
- Chasing payments when necessary

- Very good attention to detail and a methodical mind, and be able to work independently and on own initiative
- Sales office and sales admin experience; experience within the architect/building industry is welcomed
- Good written and spoken English and have a conscientious and reliable personality
