A field-based Operations Manager with forensic attention to detail is required for Hunters’ car-park management client.

FT 40 hours per week, between the hours of 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday- Friday, with a requirement to be flexible in approach

Operations Manager – field – the job

  • Support the operational, management and commercial development responsibilities of car park sites
  • Operational responsibility for several sites across the South, leading managing and supporting the first-line staff across a variety of car park sites, ensuring the highest levels of performance and customer service are achieved
  • Driving operational efficiencies to deliver results and profitability for your car park portfolio
  • Helping to deliver great customer service

Operations Manager – field – the fit

  • A proven track record of managing a team over a large regional area is essential.
  • Previous multisite, retail, commercial or car park industry services/ management experience is desirable
  • Self-sufficient and proactive in approach, able to work individually as well as part of a wider team to deliver our business goals
  • Able to travel to carry out operational and role requirements (driving licence required)
