• Dealing with client instructions, Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and with administration of estates
• Managing administration of estates with limited supervision (including drafting forms to account to HMRC
• Potentially, managing your own cases in your own name, under supervision
Paralegal private client – person
• Experience of dealing with client instructions, Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and with administration of estates
• Ideally experience with Court of Protection work
