Product Owner – PIM & Middleware

Hunters Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client, a successful multi-brand ecommerce business embarking on a major digital transformation programme.
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to take ownership of the company’s Product Information Management (PIM) platform and system integrations, helping to deliver a new ecommerce technology platform across six brands.
Product Owner – PIM & Middleware – The role
Working with ecommerce teams, technical specialists and external partners, you will:
- Own the PIM and middleware roadmap and priorities
- Lead the implementation and rollout of the PIM platform
- Oversee product data migration and data quality
- Manage integrations between PIM, ecommerce, ERP and other systems
- Work closely with implementation partners and internal stakeholders
- Manage testing, delivery and ongoing platform improvements
Product Owner – PIM & Middleware – What we’re looking for
- Previous Product Owner/Product Manager experience
- Strong PIM experience, ideally Akeneo, Salsify, inRiver or Pimcore
- Experience implementing or managing a PIM platform
- Good understanding of ecommerce systems and product data
- Experience with middleware, integrations and/or ERP systems
- Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills
Experience with Shopify Plus, CPQ, configurable/made-to-measure products or multi-brand ecommerce would be particularly useful.
