Hunters’ client, a leading manufacturer of precision components, is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to take ownership of their busy CNC machining, assembly, QC and logistics operations.

Production Manager The Role
- Manage all aspects of production, from CNC machining and ultra-high vacuum cleaning to QC and logistics.
- Lead and motivate Production staff and Cell Leaders to achieve efficiency, quality, and delivery targets.
- Work closely with Planning, Purchasing, Engineering, and Sales to keep production on schedule.
- Drive continuous improvement, Lean processes, and ISO9001 standards.
- Maintain process documentation and ensure compliance with H&S at all times.
Production Manager About You
- Significant experience in leadership in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in CNC machining, milling, turning, and precision assembly.
- Skilled in people management, performance improvement and succession planning.
- Confident with Lean and ISO9001 (Six Sigma a plus).
- Hands-on leader with excellent organisational and communication skills.
