A Property Administrator is required for Hunters’ prestigious property management client with plush modern City central office. The Property Administrator is a key contact for contractors and clients.

Property Administrator – job
- Work closely supporting all the Property Managers
- Daily administrative and secretarial duties, such as generating invoices, work orders, and generating mass correspondence using Mail Merge
- Keeping track of when Health and Safety risk assessments and routine visits are due
- Assisting the Property Managers with repairs and key management
- Handling the calls and enquiries from clients, leaseholders, tenants, and contractors; whilst building rapport
Property Administrator – person
- Experience of administration, preferably in the property industry
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
- Possess a high attention to detail, organised, with great time management skills
- Excellent telephone manner, and experience of client facing
- Local knowledge of Brighton & Hove
Property Administrator – extra
- 5 days holiday plus bank holidays; entitlement increases 1 day per year for each full year of service (capped at 28.5).
