Hunters’ client, a long-established and respected estate management company, is seeking a confident and capable Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential and mixed-use blocks along the South Coast.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role offering variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact.
Property Manager – The Role
- Manage your own portfolio of blocks and estates
- Prepare service charge budgets and review accounts
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure H&S compliance
- Liaise with leaseholders, clients, and contractors
- Oversee major works and Section 20 processes
- Attend evening AGMs and resident meetings as needed
Property Manager – You’ll Need
- Experience managing residential/mixed-use blocks
- Strong knowledge of leases, repairs, and legislation (L&T Act, CALRA)
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- IRPM qualified or keen to work towards it
