- Active participation and vigilance regarding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets
- Regularly maintaining contact with sellers and buyers on a weekly basis to ensure their needs are met
- Facilitating communication among solicitors, mortgage lenders, surveyors, vendors, and purchasers
