An adaptable buying administrator with confident Excel skills is required for Hunters’ luxury brand client working with some of the most established designers in the world. Working alongside the Purchasing Assistant and reporting to the Purchasing Manager, responsibilities will span day-to-day purchasing tasks as well as data analysis and data management


Full Time Monday to Friday, 9-5.30


Purchasing Administrator – job

  • Creating and developing reports for supply chain analysis and maintaining product data for thousands of SKU lines in the ERP
  • Monitoring, analysing and reporting on supplier lead times
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Optimise inventory levels to help meet targets
  • Liaising with suppliers and other departments
  • Extensive analysis, cross referencing and integration of product and purchasing data and reports
  • Review and resolve any discrepancies with supplier invoices, claims, or quality issues


Purchasing Administrator – person

  • Experience in a similar role: purchasing, analysis, supply chain
  • Experience liaising with offshore suppliers
  • Excel skills
  • Experience using an ERP and managing product data
  • Highly analytical mindset with excellent numerical, data visualisation and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a cooperative attitude – must be able to work as part of a team and liaise with other departments.
