Hunters’ esteemed client is seeking an experienced Residential Block Property Manager to oversee a high-quality, long-standing portfolio across Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected firm known for professionalism, strong client relationships and exceptional service.
Residential Block Property Manager The Role:
- Manage a portfolio of RMCs, conversions, new builds and high-rise blocks
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance, repairs, compliance and contractor management
- Prepare and monitor service charge budgets
- Handle insurance renewals, claims and building compliance
- Lead major works and Section 20 consultations
Residential Block Property Manager About You:
- Block management experience
- Strong understanding of leases, S20 and property legislation
- Experience with new-build or high-rise developments (desirable)
- Highly organised, proactive and confident communicator
- IRPM/RICS qualified or working towards (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence essential
