A Sales Director is required to lead sales operations for Hunters’ client, a market-leading financial services and property management client.

• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales teams
• Develop and execute sales strategies for both businesses to achieve revenue growth and expand market presence
• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent in the sales teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
Sales Director -person
• Experience in senior sales leadership, preferably in the property, financial services, or related sectors.
• Understanding of property management, financial services, and compliance sectors
• Proven experience leading multiple sales teams and achieving ambitious revenue goals
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
