Senior Sales Negotiator – Residential Property The Role:
- Manage sales agreed properties from instruction through to offer
- Carry out property valuations and advise clients on pricing strategies
- Handle buyer enquiries and conduct viewings
- Negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcome for clients
- Produce high-quality property marketing and listings
- Build and nurture strong relationships with vendors and buyers
Senior Sales Negotiator – Residential Property About You:
- Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator within residential property
- Confident carrying out valuations and winning instructions
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Professional, motivated and target-driven
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Senior Sales Negotiator – Residential Property What’s on Offer:

Hours:
5 days per week, 8:30am–6pm
Alternate Saturdays 9am–5pm
