Are you a driven estate agent with a passion for property and a knack for winning instructions? Hunters’ client—a respected, long-established independent estate agency—is looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join their dynamic team.
Senior Sales Negotiator – What You’ll Be Doing:
- Growing the property register by winning high-quality listings
- Supporting the Branch Manager in achieving and exceeding targets
- Act as a point of contact for clients interested in buying properties.
- Generate valuations and take on new instructions.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
- Prepare and present property listings to clients.
- Assist with the completion of necessary paperwork and documentation.
- Liaising with vendors and building strong business relationships.

- Solid experience in residential estate agency and valuations
- Proven ability to close instructions and drive branch performance

- Local knowledge of Burgess Hill (preferred but not essential)
- Full UK driving licence
